• Vasectomy

    prostatitis

Vasectomy is a form of permanent sterilization. We utilize the no-scalpel technique which is a minimally invasive procedure. It involves cutting or blocking the vas deferens to prevent sperm from mixing with semen during ejaculation, effectively preventing pregnancy. It is performed under local anesthesia in the office and takes about 25 minutes. It is considered less invasive and has a quicker recovery time than a traditional vasectomy. Sedation is also available for added comfort.

  • Botox Treatment

Botox (OnabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved treatment for managing overactive bladder (OAB), particularly in patients who have not responded adequately to conventional therapies such as anticholinergic medications or beta-3 adrenergic agonists. Overactive bladder is characterized by symptoms such as urinary urgency, frequency, and, in some cases, urge incontinence. It can be performed in the office with local anesthesia with the option of sedation, or in a surgical center under anesthesia.

Botox works by blocking the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions. When injected into the bladder wall, Botox reduces the overactivity of the detrusor muscle, which is responsible for bladder contractions. This leads to a decrease in involuntary bladder contractions, an increase in bladder capacity, and improved control over urinary urgency and frequency.

  • Rezum

The Rezum procedure is a minimally invasive treatment for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition characterized by an enlarged prostate gland that causes urinary symptoms such as frequency, urgency, weak stream, or difficulty emptying the bladder. Rezum uses water vapor (steam) therapy to reduce prostate tissue, alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life. It is performed in the office with local anesthesia and usually takes only a few minutes. Sedation is available.

The Rezum system uses radiofrequency energy to convert water into steam. When the steam is injected into the prostate tissue, it delivers thermal energy that destroys the excess tissue causing BPH symptoms. The body’s natural healing process then absorbs the destroyed cells, shrinking the prostate over time.

  • Aquablation

    bladder

Aquablation of the prostate is an innovative, advanced, minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition where an enlarged prostate obstructs urine flow. The procedure uses high-pressure water jets to precisely remove prostate tissue while minimizing damage to surrounding structures.

It utilizes robotic Technology and ensures precise targeting of prostate tissue. It uses high-pressure saline water jets and removes excess prostate tissue without heat, reducing the risk of thermal damage to adjacent areas like the urinary sphincter or sexual nerves. It is especially effective for larger prostates, and for those who wish to preserve ejaculation. It is performed in the hospital and usually will require an overnight hospitalization.

  • Xiaflex

Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is an FDA-approved injectable treatment used for Peyronie’s disease. It works by breaking down excess collagen in the affected tissues, restoring function and reducing symptoms.

Xiaflex is a combination of two collagenase enzymes derived from Clostridium histolyticum. These enzymes break down the collagen that causes the stiffness or deformity in tissues. By targeting the collagen buildup, Xiaflex helps improve elasticity and normal function without the need for surgery. The procedure is done in the office with local anesthesia. Sedation is available.

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy

    testosterone replacement

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a treatment designed to address low testosterone levels (hypogonadism) in men. Testosterone plays a vital role in maintaining muscle mass, bone density, mood, energy levels, libido, and overall health. When testosterone levels drop below the normal range (typically 300–1,000 ng/dL), it can result in symptoms such as fatigue, reduced libido, loss of muscle mass, and mood disturbances.

Our approach includes a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether hypogonadism is the underlying cause of your symptoms. We offer a range of TRT options tailored to individual needs, including long- and short-acting injections, self-injection therapies, oral treatments, implantable pellets, and gels. Ongoing monitoring is a critical part of our care to ensure the therapy is effective and safe.
